The Justice and Peace Office serves and resources the Justice and Peace Commission.

On behalf of the Bishop, the Commission promotes the social teaching of the Church in the areas of justice, peace and the integrity of creation; provides parish resources for justice awareness; initiates and publicises opportunities for action by parishes and individuals; monitors public policy and makes submissions where appropriate to local and national bodies.
