What is Alpha for Couples?
Alpha is a series of interactive sessions that explores all the big questions of life in a fun, no-pressure environment. Each session includes a welcome, online talk and open discussion in a small group. Join us to explore life, faith, meaning and how to improve your communication and intimacy in your relationship!
This Alpha will take place across 11, 90 minute sessions on a Tuesday evening (7.00pm to 8.30pm) with the option of an in person session on Saturday 23rd September 2023.
How does Alpha work?
Each session follows a simple format, a general welcome to our Zoom gathering, a short Alpha talk online that we all watch together and a discussion at the end where you can share your thoughts in small groups using the breakout group facility. Following this there will be a couple's topic to improve your communication and intimacy in your relationship. The sharing for the topic happens the week later, it's fun and very informative and most importantly it improves your relationship with both your partner and Jesus.

(not on 15 August as the feast of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary)
