Expression of Interest to lease space at Warkworth Catholic Parish
Holy Name Parish anticipate relocating to 480 Matakana Rd in January or February 2025 (previously the site of Ascension Winery). There is surplus space on this site that the Parish will not be using. The Parish will continue to have hall facilities available for parishoners and Parish activities like we currently do now. The Parish is now taking expressions of interest from companies, groups and individuals who may be interested in renting or leasing space from 2025. All expressions of interest will be reviewed by a group from the parish and we will be in contact with those who make an expression of interest in February 2025.
