Liturgy & Prayer
Liturgy literally means work of the people. Within the Catholic Church it is used to describe all the public acts of worship that take place, as it draws the people into the work of God. Liturgy is in many ways the public face or shop front of the Church, it is through the liturgy that people engage with the faith and deepen their relationship with God.
Prayer is a "vital and personal relationship with the living and true God" (CCC, no. 2558). Prayer is Christian. Prayer is something God does in us, so there's not (strictly speaking) a technique or magic formula to follow that will lead to instant success in prayer. We pause and take time to be with God - that is prayer. There are many, many different ways to pray.
